Abstract: We report the case of a 59-year-old man with advanced renal cell carcinoma who developed bilateral papilledema while on therapy with sunitinib, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). While papilledema has been reported in association with another TKI (imatinib), the association between sunitinib and papilledema has not previously been reported in the literature.
