| Abstract: | Recent Victorian Health Service cancer malnutrition point prevalence data (2022) indicates 14% of patients are malnourished with only 57% receiving dietetic care. Patients from health services with strong nutrition governance systems are more likely to receive individualised nutrition care from a dietitian. In 2014, an evidence-based Malnutrition Governance Toolkit (MGT) was developed to guide system-wide practice improvements and embed quality and safety accreditation standards. This study aimed to update the MGT and evaluate useability and acceptability in clinical practice. |
