Abstract: | 1. The major constraints preventing psychiatric nurses from conducting research are lack of time and knowledge. 2. Nurses can be motivated to explore the possibility of conducting research without having necessary skills or knowledge to start. 3. The nursing profession must face its responsibility to support and nurture nurses' interests in conducting and using research. |
